Help with the Recyco app and platform
We're here to help. The fastest way to reach us is by email — we aim to respond within one business day (Monday–Friday, Melbourne time).
When you email us about an app issue, it helps to include the device you're using (e.g. iPhone 15, iPad Air), your iOS/Android version, and a short description of what happened.
Recyco is a platform for waste-collection businesses. Drivers use the mobile app to complete their routes, administrators and dispatchers manage operations on the web platform, and customers view their pickup schedule and invoices through the customer portal. Accounts are created for you by your organisation — you cannot self-register.
Your administrator creates your account and sends an invitation to your email address. Follow the link in that email to set your password, then sign in with your email and password. If you haven't received an invitation, ask your administrator or email admin@recyco.com.au.
On the login screen, tap “Forgot password” and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset it. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
The driver app uses your camera to photograph collection sites, fuel receipts, and tip dockets, and uses your location to verify arrival at collection sites and record where each pickup is completed. You can manage these permissions any time in your device's Settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how location data is used.

Account data is managed by your organisation. To request deletion of your personal data, email privacy@recyco.com.au from the address associated with your account. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
